Maj. Gen. (ret.) McMahon joined the Partnership in September 2012. He was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and is a 1978 graduate of the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Co. He held numerous command positions during his 34-year Air Force career, the final landing him at Robins Air Force Base as the Commander of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center.
