Nomination Description

Describe how the nominee demonstrates consistent high levels of performance while accomplishing normal job responsibilities. Your description should include how the nominee goes above and beyond normal job duties. Please include information relating to the customer service attributes listed below. The "employee of the month" program committee will evaluate all nominations based on the customer service attributes. Please limit your description to 700 words or less.
