Continuing Education

Continuing education opportunities through Fort Valley State University are designed to help working adults or lifelong learners gather skills you need in areas you are interested in. With partners Education To Go, FVSU is adding over 350 online classes starting every month! From personal enrichment courses to full career path certifications, the list is sure to offer something for everyone. Visit www.ed2go.com/fvsu for personal enlightenment and professional classes; visit www.gatlineducation.com/fvsu for certification preparation courses.

FVSU also will facilitate workshops for your club, association, or professional organization! To find out how to make this happen, please contact Mr. Ashley Ballard by phone at (478) 953-7423 or e-mail at ballarda@fvsu.edu.

What is a continuing education unit? A CEU is a nationally accepted unit of credit for continuing education, and you can receive 1/10 of a CEU for each hour completed. Adults will receive 1 CEU for each ten hours of class you complete. FVSU maintains a record of the CEUs earned, and you may request a transcript in addition to your certificate of completion.
