Are you that person who has always wanted to go to college but timing never seemed right? Are you the one who started college but stopped along the way? Or are you the one who thinks you’re too old to consider going to school? Well, EOC is looking for you!

The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a TRIO Program funded by a grant from the U. S. Department of Education. Its purpose is to inform adults, ages 19 and older, of the available postsecondary options and financial aid which will assist them in furthering their education at the school of their choice. The EOC is seeking to serve 1,050 people, two-thirds of whom must be from low-income and first-generation backgrounds.

All services are free to persons who reside in the 14 targeted counties:

Chattahoochee, Crawford, Crisp, Dooly, Harris, Lee, Macon, Marion, Muscogee, Peach, Sumter, Taylor, Terrell, Wilcox.

* Academic Counseling for College or Vocational School
* Personal Counseling
* Career Counseling
* Financial Aid Counseling
* Assistance with Admission and Financial Aid Applications
* GED and Other Referral Services
* College Orientation
