Research Interests: 

1) Research interests include Bioinformatics, Artificial Neural Networks and Information Technologies to improve commercial value of horticultural and other agricultural plants. Past research work includes genetic improvement of guava for improved cold hardiness, sweet potato for disease resistance and eastern cottonwood for reduced lignin wood.
2) Also, I have been actively involved in pedagogical research into aspects of teaching and learning of computer science curriculum at undergraduate and graduate level.
