Responsibilities: 

The individual hired will be required to teach upper division courses in his/her specialties, be prepared to teach introductory courses in criminal justice and to teach classes at a remote location as necessary for program development. Other duties will include committee work, recruiting and advising students, research and publication, and grant writing. Many areas of research are acceptable for the program. These include but are not limited to: Corrections, Juvenile Justice, Criminology, and Forensics.

Qualifications: 

Ph.D. in criminal justice, university/college teaching experience, and successful grant writing all strongly preferred. Candidates close to the end of a doctoral program will be considered.
