Responsibilities: 

Teach graduate courses required to obtain a master’s degree in the mental health counseling program; coordinate/supervise mental health counseling internships; conduct research and proposal writing; academic advising; some committee work; understanding of and commitment to excellence and innovation in the preparation of mental health counselors or the equivalent.

Qualifications: 

Earned Doctorate in mental health counseling or the equivalent; Ability to teach a variety of graduate courses. Coordinate/Supervise practicum, conduct research, and work effectively with community mental health personnel; demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development; computer proficiency mandatory; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC eligible.
