Research Assistant
Fort Valley State University has three (3) Research Assistant positions available.
• Assist in research data collection, processing, and laboratory analysis of animal/plant research samples
• Help maintain laboratory equipment and reagents in good and current condition for an efficient working laboratory
• Use computer applications for research
Minimum:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited technical college with hands-on experience in laboratory and/or field experimentation techniques
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science degree with formal training in animal science, plant science, soil science, chemistry or general biological science
