Marketing and Outreach Coordinator
• Actively market and promote all programs in the College, including the Agricultural Technology Conference Center, research, extension, and academic programs
• Maintain an open channel of communication with all stakeholders and provide necessary feedback to the College administrators
• Responsible for the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of all activities and services related to student recruitment in the College
• Travel to locations outside of the university – 30% to 40% of the time
• Perform work outside normal business hours
• Perform other job-related duties as required
• Master’s degree
• Minimum (five) 5 years experience in marketing programs in academic institution(s) required
• Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Thorough knowledge of the land-grant mission
• Ability to travel – approximately 30%-40% of the time
• Ability to work outside the normal working hours
