Rain in the forecast didn’t dampen the spirits at Fort Valley State University’s second annual Wheels In The Valley Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show on Saturday. More than 100 vehicle owners shined their chrome and buffed their bumpers for the chance to take home an award. Families came out and enjoyed the food vendors and inflatable games and schoolchildren entertained the crowd with a jump-rope and cheerleading show. From classic Fords and Chevrolets to late-model Pontiacs and Dodges, there were plenty of wheels to see in The Valley!
