This course prepares students for further study in psychology by providing an introduction to the process of conducting bibliographic research in psychology, exploration of career options in psychology and the academic preparation required for such careers, ethics in psychology, current issues in the field of psychology, the major research methods in psychology, and the application of APA style for writing in psychology.
