Continuing Readmit Applicants are Fort Valley State University Graduates who wish to seek a second undergraduate Bachelor’s degree.

Continuing Readmit Applicants must submit the following:

• A complete Application for Admission
  • You may apply online at gacollege411.com
  • You may also download a paper application
• The required application fee ($20.00)
  • A credit card is needed to apply on-line
  • Mail in – a cashier’s check or money order only made payable to: Fort Valley State University
• A complete Certificate of Immunization form (form should be on file in the Health Services Office)
• Fort Valley State University transcript

Students in this category must meet regular transfer student admission requirements.
