Campus Visit

Come visit our campus

The offices of Admissions and Recruitment welcome all prospective students, family and friends to visit our campus to see what we have to offer at Fort Valley State University. Campus tours are conducted Monday through Thursday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. All other dates and times must be arranged on a case-by-case basis with the Admissions Office tour coordinator. The tours last about one hour.

Students in a LabUpon your arrival, you will meet with an admission counselor who will give an overview of our admissions procedures, history, academic, student life, financial aid and housing. Special arrangements can also be made to meet with faculty members, coaches, and visit classroom settings. These arrangements must be made at least two weeks prior to your arrival date.

Campus tours usually last about one hour. We suggest you dress casually for Georgia’s climate and wear comfortable shoes.

The Office of Admissions is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is located in the C.V. Troup Administration Building, room 107.
