Fort Valley State University

Applicants to Fort Valley State University must submit the following:

1. A properly completed and signed official admission application.
2. A $20.00 non-refundable application fee.
3. Additionally, the following documents are required for consideration for admission:
   1. An official high school transcript should be sent by the appropriate school official to the FVSU Admissions Office.
   2. Official SAT or ACT scores should be sent by the school’s counselor or from the Educational or American College Testing Services.
   3. An official transcript from EACH college attended (if applicable) should be sent to the FVSU Admissions Office.
