Appeal Process
Process to Appeal Suspension/Dismissal (excluding Learning Support):
A student requesting an appeal due to Suspension/Dismissal must:
- Download the Appeal form via the web. Appeal Request Form
- Submit the completed appeal request form via e-mail only to: Registrar1@fvsu.edu
On the e-mail Subject line please use the following format:
Subject: Academic Appeal - Jane Doe (please include your first and last name)
Deadlines for submitting an academic appeal for Spring 2013, Summer 2013 and Fall 2013
- Re-Admits appealing for Spring 2013 - December 7, 2012
- Decisions will be emailed by December 14, 2012
- Students enrolled Fall 2012 appealing for Spring 2013 - December 13, 2012
- Decision will be e-mailed by December 21, 2012
- Re-Admits appealing for Summer 2013 - April 12, 2013
- Decisions will be emailed by April 20, 2013
- Students enrolled Spring 2013 appealing for Fall 2013 - July 1, 2013
- Decisions will be emailed by July 12, 2013
- Re-Admits appealing for Fall 2013 - July 5, 2013
- Decisions will be emailed by July 12, 2013
- Students enrolled Summer 2013 appealing for Fall 2013 - August 1, 2013
- Decisions will be emailed by August 7, 2013
