RAMI ALHMAD RPA, FMA, CFM is Fort Valley State University’s director of facilities and special assistant to the vice president for business & finance for infrastructure planning. He is a recognized professional in facilities management, construction, and real estate services, with a successful career built through various governmental and corporate organizations in Washington, DC, Europe, and the middle east (mainly Dubai). He earned an MBA in management and marketing from Preston University and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University. In addition, he holds the following certifications: Certified Facilities Management (CFM) administrator, Real Property Administrator (RPA) with a concentration in real estate & facilities maintenance, facilities management (FMA), organizational leadership, and numerous other professional certificates.
Alhmad has delivered high performance in facilities management, project management, construction management, and soft services for educational, financial, hospitality, aviation, government and international businesses through multi-billion dollar public and private enterprises. Most recently, he worked as the regional director of facilities management with Texas A&M University in Kingsville, TX.
