Free ACT/SAT workshops for high school students

Fort Valley State University will host a series of free workshops to help prepare students for the SAT and ACT this fall. The Saturday workshops feature practice sessions for questions and techniques to help students prepare for the tests.

FVSU’s Upward Bound student killed in single car crash

Mr. Raekwon Smith, a Peach County High School senior, died in a single car accident in Byron, Ga. on Saturday, Aug. 20. Smith was a four-year participant of Fort Valley State University’s Upward Bound Program.
