Congratulations to the Class of 2013!
The annual Commencement Ceremony recognizes the culmination of years of work by students and faculty. Held at the end of fall and spring semesters, graduation represents a time of pride for FVSU faculty and staff, as well as for students and their families.
Ticket Details: UPDATE
Each graduating senior received ten complimentary tickets for family and friends, with the option to receive two additional tickets from the Wildcat Ticket Office (Cashier's Office, 2nd Floor Troup Building, Suite 231). Guest tickets are available (two per person) for the alumni and the public on Wednesday, Nov. 20 • Noon - 3 p.m. and 5 - 7 p.m., in the Student Amenities Building banquet room, second floor; or contact the Wildcat Ticket Office (478.824.6433), by Nov. 22. FVSU students and employees should use their identification card to attend ceremony.

After 9:30 a.m., guests are invited to view the ceremony remotely, from the comforts of home or at the C. W. Pettigrew Center. Campus parking is free. For questions regarding the ceremony, please call the Office of Academic Affairs, (478) 825-6330.
Cum Laude (with honor) - Graduates with an overall grade point average of 3.00 - 3.49
Magna Cum Laude (with high honor) - Graduates with an overall grade point average of 3.50 - 3.74
Summa Cum Laude (with highest honor) - Graduates with an overall grade point average of 3.75 - 4.00

Note: Honor graduates are identified on the basis of the students’ institutional and cumulative grade point averages calculated through the Spring/Summer 2013 semesters. Since final action cannot always be taken by the time the program is printed, the list of candidates is tentative only.

Visitors will park in outlying parking lots (follow the many signs that will be posted) and enjoy arrangements of free shuttles running continual loops from the Wildcat Stadium to the HPE Complex, and to the Pettigrew Center for non-ticket holders.
