Dr. Beasley seeks to identify qualified students with proficiency in reading, writing and basic computation, prepare them through a curriculum aligned with institutional, state and national standards, and assess their knowledge of, skills in, and disposition for the social work profession at strategic points throughout the program. His vision for the FVSU Social Work program is to prepare students to meet rigorous internal and external standards in the practice of social work.
