Dispute Resolution

Fort Valley State University is committed to reviewing concerns and complaints thoroughly and attempting to resolve them in an expeditious manner. The most direct route to resolving complaints is to go directly to the supervisor of the department, or reporting the concern to the most applicable areas, such as Human Resources, the Office of Legal Affairs, or in certain instances the Office of the President.

Fort Valley State University is committed to equal treatment to all members of the University community in regards to their personal and professional concerns. The objective of the complaint procedure is to ensure that concerns are acknowledged and promptly resolved.
