Ashley Dolvin is an admissions counselor and recruiter at Fort Valley State University. The native of Queens, NY by way of Atlanta, GA, is a 2014 Fort Valley State University graduate. While a student at FVSU, she was active in a number of organizations, such as the FVSU Student Ambassadors’ program, Campus Activities Board, Student Government Association, and Reach Out And Recruit (R.O.A.R.). Ms. Dolvin graduated from FVSU with honors and was designated as a “Who’s Who in Colleges and Universities” recipient. Prior to attending FVSU, she graduated with a dual diploma from Tri-Cities High School’s magnet program, located in East Point, GA.
In 2015, Ms. Dolvin returned to FVSU to work in the Office of Recruitment and Admissions as a recruiter. Since her return, she has traveled to over 40 cities and 5 states as part of her role. Some of the areas included in her recruiting territory are GA (Fulton County, Cobb County, Clayton County, Coweta County, Paulding County), FL, NJ, NY, DC, VA, PA.
Currently she serves as the advisor for the PHASES Dance Troupe, adviser for the FLAME Yearbook, and advocate for The Blue Machine Marching Band.
