Students, Faculty and Staff
Peach County Health Department will visit the FVSU campus to administer flu shots at the Florence J. Hunt Infirmary.
There is no cost to you if you have Medicaid or the following insurance: United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna or Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO only). A copy of your insurance card will be required.
If you do not have Medicaid or insurance, the cost is $25 (cash only). Sign up is required to ensure adequate amount of flu vaccine is available.
