Booking and Fees

Booking 

CURE operates on a cost-recovery basis for consumables, to support maintenance, service contracts, and supplies. Fees apply to a range of users including FVSU researchers, University System of Georgia (USG) institutions, and commercial/industrial clients.

To schedule booking or inquiry, please contact Ms. Ashvini Pawar at ashvinipawar@fvsu.edu or call at 478-825-1986. 

Instructions

• Contact Ms. Ashvini Pawar to receive the requisition form and check the availability of the desired instrument.
• Provide necessary details such as the preferred date and time of usage (plan ahead and please avoid ASAP), along with the purpose of the research.
• Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the scheduled date and time for facility usage.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operating procedures while using the instruments.
• Respect the allocated time slots to accommodate other users.
• Notify the facility staff of any issues or concerns during the usage period.
• Payment must follow the fee schedule and can be processed through the university financial system or by alternate arrangements for commercial clients.
• Food and drink are not permitted in the facility.
