Kaplan/Fort Valley State University Partnership: Student Enrollment Guidelines
Students are enrolled in free Kaplan courses due to the Kaplan All Access License Partnership with Fort Valley State University. You can gain access to your course by registering in the portal! Please see below for important guidelines regarding what courses are offered and the best time to enroll.
Student Account Access:
Once you successfully enroll in a Kaplan course, you will automatically receive an email containing instructions on how to set your personal password and log in to access materials.
Licensure and Graduate Exam Selection Guidelines:
Students gain access to their selected Kaplan prep product for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Therefore, it is crucial to enroll students only when they are genuinely ready to begin their test preparation and intend to apply to their respective programs within that 12-month window.
Professional Skills and Microcredentials:
Students gain access to their selected Kaplan prep product for a varying number of months. Enroll only when ready to begin test prep and apply within the timeframe.

Kaplan's All Access License provides students with comprehensive study materials and resources to help you effectively prepare for and succeed on standardized tests. Depending on your chosen test prep course, you’ll have access to a mix of practice exams, online instruction, Qbanks, study calendars, and more. Log in to your school’s online portal to see details on your chosen course.
How long does my access to the courses last?
The length of course access depends on the product, and the time begins the date you enroll. You should take this into account when planning the best time to register. Speak with your advisors to help plan your next steps.
Can I register for multiple test prep products at the same time?
For best educational results, we recommend you complete one course at a time. We encourage students who are unsure of which test prep course(s) to choose to consult with their academic advisor before graduating to ensure alignment with their educational goals.
How do I get started?
Get started by selecting your test prep through your online school portal. There you can review the course offerings and register for your selected test prep course.
Be sure to register for the portal using your Fort Valley State University email address as this free resource is available for your school’s students.
Should I enroll in both the On Demand and the Live Online classes?
The On Demand course is included with the Live Online course. We recommend choosing the Live Online option. You do not need to enroll in both as the On Demand is included with the Live Online.
