President’s Meeting Request Form

To request the President’s participation at a meeting, please complete and submit this form.

Meeting Request

Thank you for your interest in meeting with President Jones. The President’s staff attempts to schedule as many meetings as his schedule allows. In light of the demands on the President’s time and his busy travel schedule, it is not possible for him to accept all meeting requests. Please submit your request a minimum of 15 days prior to the meeting date. Meeting requests are reviewed with the President. Depending on the topic of the meeting or scheduling conflicts, individuals may be referred to another appropriate university official, so that the request is dealt with in a timely and respectful manner.
