The Bachelor of Science in Health Administration (BSHA) degree program prepares students for a variety of entry and mid-level management positions in health services organizations, such as benefits offices, insurance companies, home health agencies, PPOs, HMOs, doctors' offices, group practices, hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, extended care facilities, ambulatory care centers, governmental health agencies and other health care delivery organizations.

The major goal of the BSHA degree is to prepare students to foster skills that could enable them to develop, plan and manage healthcare organizations in the United States and globally. The BSHA degree program will focus on reforms, trends and issues affecting the health and welfare of the community. In addition, the program will prepare graduates to oversee business operations at hospitals, nursing homes, community health service organizations and other medical facilities.
