President’s Meeting/Appointment Request
To assist the president in serving your needs and representing Fort Valley State University in the best possible manner, please complete the form below for any meeting request to meet with the president. Please submit a separate request for each individual meeting.
The president’s office will attempt to schedule as many meetings as possible to support the duties of the president and the mission of the university. All meeting requests are reviewed with the president. Depending on the request or if there is a scheduling conflict, you may be referred to another appropriate university official.
Response to your request can be expected within a few days of submitting the information on the form below. Occasionally follow-up information will be requested. Your patience is appreciated.
Note that all media requests will be referred to the Marketing and Communication staff who will coordinate scheduling media contacts with the Office of the President or other appropriate university contacts.

The President’s staff attempts to schedule as many meetings as his schedule allows. In light of the demands on the President’s time and his busy travel schedule, it is not possible for him to accept all meeting requests. Please submit your request a minimum of 15 days prior to the meeting date.
Meeting requests are reviewed with the President. Depending on the topic of the meeting or scheduling conflicts, individuals may be referred to another appropriate university official, so that the request is dealt with in a timely and respectful manner.
