About the Program
The TMCF HBCU Scholars Program at FVSU is a free, one-week residential summer experience for high-achieving high school juniors (Class of 2026). This program introduces students to the traditions of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) while equipping them with essential skills for academic and career success.

Eligibility
- Current high school junior (Class of 2026)
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Personal statement (250–300 words)
- Apply to the 2025–2026 TMCF SOAR Scholar Program
