Professionals with family and consumer sciences backgrounds pursue careers as child care and development workers, child advocates, fashion designers, food service and hospitality managers, textile stylists, educators, and community outreach professionals.
The program is administered through the College of Agriculture, Family Sciences, and Technology.
The ELITE program is a leadership and professional development training designed to produce future leaders in agricultural sciences.
Students in Family and Consumer Science can choose to focus their study in one of two areas:
